FREE SITE EVALUATIONS
One of ChrisMill Homes of Florida’s experienced Construction Superin-tendents will meet you on site to perform an evaluation of your land. This provides information necessary when considering the cost to build. The slope of land is used to calculate foundation expenses, well and septic installation and location can be determined as well as any clearing as it relates to the placement of the home.
